| 摘 要： | 本文针对福建沿海地区新建的高层住宅容易出现外墙渗漏的情况，通过分析外墙易出现渗漏的原因，结合外墙材料特点，通过工程施工中有效的技术与管理措施，论述了防止高层建筑防止外墙渗漏应采取的对策，通过实例论证了采取外墙防渗漏措施后取得的成效。

| Abstract: | In this paper,according to the external leakage of new high-rise residents in the coastal area of Fujian,with analyzing the reasons of the external leakage,combined with the features of the external walls' materials,with the effective technology and management measures in the construction,the thesis discuss the measures of the prevention of high-level Construction's external leakage,demonstrate the effect of the measures with the examples. |
