| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺督脉经穴对脑缺血再灌注大鼠FADD-Caspase-8通路的调节作用。方法采用雄性SD大鼠,利用线栓法制作大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型。利用蛋白印迹法检测针刺后FADD和Caspase-8蛋白表达的变化。结果大鼠MCAO后FADD和Caspase-8蛋白表达增加,针刺督脉组MCAO24h和72hFADD和Caspase-8蛋白表达降低。结论针刺督脉经穴可能通过抑制FADD和Caspase-8的过度表达,减少细胞凋亡,从而改善脑缺血再灌注损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncturing Du vessel on FADD and caspase-8 expression for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Rats.Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.The MCAO rats were prepared by Suture method.The animals in therapy group received acupuncturing Du vessel.The FADD and Caspase-8 expression were determined.Results The FADD and Caspase-8 expression were significantly higher after MCAO.The levels of FADD and Caspase-8 expression at 24h and 72h after MCAO in therapy group were lower than those in MCAO group.Conclusio ns Acupuncturing Du vessel might reduce FADD and caspase-8 expression in MCAO rats.It might be the mechanism of acupuncturing on Du vessel therapy to ischemic cerebrovascular disease. |
