| 摘 要： | 在同邪教作斗争的过程中 ,必须注重运用法律的手段。依法治邪是由依法治国决定的。依法治邪必须做到有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究 ,并处理好依法治邪与团结教育大多数、提高公民素质以及综合治理的关系。

| Abstract: | In fighting against the heresy,the legal method must be emphatically applied.Administering the heresy by law is decided by rule by law.Therefore,in doing so,we must make law concerned to be obeyed,law must be obeyed,the execution of law must be greatly strict' all offences of law must be punished. |
