摘    要:长沙市某水底隧道为双向四车道隧道,隧道结构形式设计复杂,分别由大跨隧道、小净距隧道、分离式隧道和明挖隧道组成。其中大跨段隧道覆土浅,围岩整体性差。对该段全断面注浆加固围岩的设计施工进行全面分析,研究成果表明:全强风化软弱地层最初注浆以普通水泥单液浆,随后采用超细水泥浆注浆效果更好;采用全断面超前预注浆处理全强风化软弱地层的注浆长度不宜超过23~24 m;采用全断面帷幕注浆措施加固围岩,对控制隧道透水性及掌子面稳定性取得较好的效果,为长沙地区水底隧道工程提供了典型参考案例。

Abstract:A river tunnel is a two-way and four-lane tunnel with complex structure in Changsha city,which is composed of large span tunnel,small-distance tunnel,split tunnel and cut-cover tunnel.Among these tunnels,large span tunnel is characterized by shallow depth and weak stratum.An analysis is carried out on the design and construction of full face grouting for the section,results show that a good grouting result would be obtained by the ordinary Portland cement mortar used in initial grouting and the GM cement mo...
