摘    要:在分析现有CAD软件的基础上,提出了一种自由曲面信息提取方法,通过提取的曲面信息能够简便快捷地绘制其等曲率线,并对这种等曲率线绘制方法的精度和影响因素进行了研究并得出了相应的结论.这些功能是通过UG进行二次开发来实现的,省去了复杂的数学计算,求解速度快、精度高,对重构曲面的光顺性评价、复杂曲面产品加工中刀具半径的选择等方面具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the present CAD software, a new method is presented to extract the information of free-form surface. By using the extracted information the contours of curvature can be drawn easily and quickly, and the precision and influencing factor in this method are researched and some conclusions are got. These functions are implemented by further development on UG, and it is not necessary to do more calculation. The applied value can be presented in the evaluation of the fairness of reconstructed surfaces and the selection of tool radius in the product manufacturing, and so on.
