| 摘 要： | 宋金元时期中医儿科学取得了长足发展,儿科理论体系形成,单独成科,诊断方法进一步提高,五脏辨证方法确立;对麻、痘、惊、疳等儿科常见病有了较为深刻的认识,并创立易虚易实学说、指纹望诊学说、小儿护养学说等。

| Abstract: | In the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasty,paediatrics of Chinese medicine got quite great progress,and the theory system of paediatrics,as a speciality,was formed.Diagnostic method was greatly improved,and the methods of five-zang differentiation were established.Physicians in this period had a profound understanding on the common diseases of paediatrics,such as measles,chickenpox,infantile convulsion and malnutrition,and they found the theory of change tendency between excess and deficiency,fingerprint-inspection theory,child-nursing theory,and so on. |
