咪唑斯汀缓释片与氯雷他定片治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性与安全性比较

目的 比较咪唑斯汀缓释片与氯雷他定片治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性与安全性。方法 本研究为多中心、双盲、平行对照研究，107例患者随机分为po咪唑斯汀10mg（n=54）组和po氯雷他定10mg（n=53）组，疗程1—2周。结果 咪唑斯汀和氯雷他定均能缓解过敏性鼻炎的症状。经过1周或2周治疗后，喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状的严重性明显降低，下鼻甲水肿明显改善。患者对两药的耐受性是相同的，两药对心肌的复极均无影响。结论 本研究表明咪唑斯汀与氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎同样有效和耐受。而且与氯雷他定一样起效迅速。

A Comparison of the Efficacy and Safety of Mizolastine Sustained Release Tablets with Loratadine Tablets in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

Aim To Compare the efficacy and safety of mizolastine sustained release tablets with loratadine tablets in patiens with allergic rhinitis.Methods A multicentre,doule-blind,parallel group study was designed in 107 patiens who were randomized to 10mg daily mizolastine(n=54),10mg daily loratadine (n=53) for 1 or 2-weeks.Results Mizolastine and loratadine both relieved symptoms of allergic rhinitis.After one or two weeks of treatment,the severity of sneezing,rhinorrhea,rhinocnesmus and nasal obstruction decreased significantly;oedema of low turbinate improved significantly.Overall tolerability of both treatments was similar,without any clinically relevant effects on cardiac repolarization with either mizolastine or loratadine.Conclusion It is confirmed that Mizolastine (10mg daily) was an effective and well tolerated agent comparable to loratadine for control of urticaria.Mizolastine acted as rapidly as loratadine in improving urticaria symptoms.
