狼紫草水提物抗皮肤溃疡与镇痛作用的实验研究

目的 研究狼紫草水提物的镇痛作用及其对皮肤溃疡愈合的影响.方法 采用煎煮法制备狼紫草水提物.用醋酸扭体实验和热板法观察镇痛作用;用醋酸性腹膜炎模型观察对毛细血管通透性作用;采用醋酸所致小鼠皮肤溃疡模型研究溃疡愈合以及溃疡组织中前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2, PGE2)含量.结果 狼紫草水提物能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,提高热板实验小鼠痛阈,抑制醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性升高,促进皮肤溃疡愈合,降低溃疡组织中含量.结论 狼紫草水提物具有明显的镇痛和促进溃疡愈合作用,其机制与降低毛细血管通透性、减少PGE2生成有关.

Analgesic and healing effects of aqueous extract from Lycopsis orientalis linn on skin ulcer in mice

Objective To explore the effects of aqueous extract from Lycopsis orientalis linn (AELO) on algaesthesis and healing of skin ulcer in mice. Methods AELO was prepared with decocting method. Analgesic actions of AELO were determined using writhing response induced by acetic acid and hot plate. Capillary permeability was measured with Evans blue colorimetric method in peritonitis model induced by acetic acid. Acetic acid was also used to induce skin ulcer in mice. The PGE2 content in ulcer tissue was measured colorimetrically. Results AELO (10,20,40 g/kg) inhibited writhing response,increased the pain threshold,and decreased the capillary permeability significantly. Local application of AELO markedly promoted the ulcer healing and decreased PGE2 content in ulcer tissue in comparison of control group. Conclusion AELO can exert analgesic and healing effect in skin ulcer,the mechanism of which involves capillary permeability decrease and PGE2 production.
