摘    要:为了降低喷射混凝土粉尘含量、改善施工环境、保障安全生产,利用磁化水代替普通水拌制喷射混凝土,分别选取175,185,220,262,355 mT等5个磁感应强度,就磁化水对喷射混凝土粉尘含量的影响进行了试验研究,同时对磁化水降低喷射混凝土粉尘含量的机理进行了分析与探讨.研究表明,用磁化水代替普通水拌制喷射混凝土,可以大幅度降低各时间段的粉尘含量,降幅均在65%以上,从降低喷射混凝土粉尘含量角度考虑,最佳磁感应强度为220 mT.

Abstract:In this paper,five different magnetic induction intensities,175 mT,185 mT,220 mT,262 mT,and 355 mT were selected to study the problem of using magnetized water to take the place of tap water in making shotcrete so as to decrease the dust density and improve the working environment.The effect of magnetic water on shotcrete dust density was described and the mechanism of this phenomenon studied.The result shows that the dust density can be reduced in different phrases with a total of 65% of dust density being...
