稀土掺杂农用光转换玻璃的光谱性质研究

摘    要:稀土掺杂的农用光转换玻璃具备良好的发光特性以及稳定的化学性质,可以使农作物大幅度增产。在硅酸盐玻璃中分别单掺Eu2O3、Sm2O3、Pr2O3,通过对激发光谱和发射光谱的测量,研究其下转换光谱特性,并分析了能量传递情况;在硅酸盐玻璃中双掺Yb2O3/Pr2O3、Yb2O3/Er2O3,以980nm半导体激光器激发并测量其发射光谱,研究了其上转换发光特性以及相互之间的能量传递。发现这几种稀土都是良好的农用光转换玻璃的激活剂。

Study on Properties of Agricultural Light-Conversion Glass Doped with Rare Earth
Abstract:Agricultural light-conversion glass that doped with rare earth has great luminescence properties and stable chemical properties, it can Increase crops sharply. Uni doping with Eu2O3, Sm2O3 or Pr2O3 in the silicate glass, to study their spectral properties of down-conversation and analysis energy level transition by measure their excitation and emission spectrum;double doping Yb2O3/Pr2O3 and Yb2O3/Er2O3, to study their spectral properties of up-conversation and analysis energy level transition by using 980 nm semiconductor laser arrays to excited them and measuring their emission spectrum. As a result,those several kinds of rare earth are good activator of agriculture light-conversion glass.
