分析ICU综合护理干预对股骨头置换术患者髋关节功能及生活质量的影响

目的:探究使用ICU综合护理干预对股骨头置换术患者髋关节功能及生活质量的影响.方法:选取我院2018年1月-2018年12月期间行股骨头置换术患者200例作为观察对象,将其分为2组,观察组和对照组,每组100例,其中对照组给予ICU常规护理,观察组予以ICU综合护理干预.并比较2组干预后近期疗效.结果:观察组近期疗效明显好于对照组.差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:ICU综合护理干预能够显著改善患者近期疗效,提升患者髋关节能力,提高患者生活品质,应在临床广泛推广.

To Analyze the Effect of ICU Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Hip Joint Function and Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Femoral Head Replacement

Objective:To explore the effect of ICU comprehensive nursing intervention on hip joint function and quality of life of pa-tients undergoing femoral head replacement.Methods:200 patients undergoing femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the objects of observation.They were divided into two groups,the observation group and the con-trol group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ICU nursing,and the observation group was given compre-hensive ICU nursing intervention.The short-term efficacy of the two groups after intervention was compared.Results:the short-term efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the short-term efficacy of patients,improve the ability of patients with hip joint,improve the quality of life of patients,should be widely promoted in clinical.
