THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT & TECHNOLOGY AND FUTURE PROSPECTS OF THE POWER-SAVED STEEL RESIDENCE IN CHINA

The steel structures are easy for dismantlement and the members can be re-used. These characteristics mean that the developing trend of the residence in China is that the power-saved steel residential buildings will be designed and constructed more than current. During these years, there are many high story, multi story office blocks, villas and public buildings constructed in steel. This paper presented the characteristics of the power-saved steel residential buildings, introduced some typical projects, analyzed the technologies, the main problems in the steel residential buildings, and the future prospects in China.
