08MnNiVR原油储罐用钢的腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:    采用实验室加速腐蚀实验并结合电化学实验技术对比研究了08MnNiVR和SS400普碳钢在模拟大气腐蚀环境条件下和在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能.结果表明:08MnNiVR在模拟大气腐蚀环境下的耐蚀性能明显优于SS400.在腐蚀性较强的3.5%NaCl溶液中,08MnNiVR的耐蚀性能略优于SS400,而且二者的自腐蚀电位相近,因此相互连接不易发生电偶腐蚀.
