摘    要:采用渣油加氢处理中试装置数据,考察了渣油原料四组分性质对其脱硫率的影响,建立了脱硫率与渣油四组分性质之间的经验关联式。研究结果表明:渣油脱硫率随着原料中饱和分、芳香分和胶质组分的增加而减小,其影响程度大小顺序为:芳香分〉胶质〉饱和分;沥青质含量的增加则对脱硫率有一定的积极促进作用。同时运用所求关联参数以外的原料性质数据对所建立的关联式进行了简化和预测分析,其预测相对误差均小于1%,说明建立的关联式具有较好的稳定性和预测能力。

Abstract:On the basis of pilot plant test data of residue oil hydrotreating, the impact of properties of 4 components in residue oil on desulfurization rate is studied and their empirical correlations are established. The results show that desulfurization rate decreases with the increase of saturated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, gums and the decremental order of impact is aromatic hydrocarbons 〉 gums 〉 saturated hydrocarbons. Whereas the increase of asphahenes has a certain positive impact. When the established correlations are simplified and used in the prediction using the other feed property data rather than correlation parameters, the prediction error is less than 1%, which indicates that the correlations established have a good stability and prediction capability. They can provide a valuable reference for the further study of residue oil hydroprocessing.
