冠心病危险因素与痰瘀的相关性

摘    要:目的 对冠心病相关危险因素所涉及的高血压病、高血脂、动脉粥样硬化辨证分型的相关文献进行研究,以分析这些疾病中医证候特征的变化规律.方法 对1970~2010年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)及维普资讯(VIP)中文科技期刊数据库发表的冠心病中医证候相关文献进行全面检索,对其中冠心病中医证型、证候要素分布进行统计分析.结果 动脉粥样硬化、高血压、高血脂三种疾病的证候分型中痰瘀互结均居首位.证素的分布中,动脉粥样硬化和高脂血症以痰浊、血瘀最为常见,而高血压病以阳亢最为常见.结论 冠心病的危险因素以痰瘀互结为多见,临床中应重视痰瘀互结的前期防治.

Abstract:Objective To study the syndrome characterize type of disease involved in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis which is the risk factors of coronary heart disease, to analyze these disease syn- dromes variation. Methods Search for 1970 - 2010, China Academic Journal (CNKI) and Weipu Information (VIP) Chinese scientific and technical journals published in the database which related to coronary heart disease syndromes, to analysis the syndrome and elements distribution of such disease Results the phlegm and blood stasis was the first type syndrome in atherosclerosis, hypertension, high cholesterol. In the distribution of elements, phlegm, blood stasis were common in atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia. Yang Kang was the most common elements of hypertension Conclusion Risk factors for coronary heart disease became more common with phlegm and blood stasis, clinical prevention attention should be paid up front for phlegm and blood stasis.
