| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的关系。方法设正常组50例,糖尿病合并高血压患者组60例。检测患者血清空腹胰岛素、C肽、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)程度。结果糖尿病合并高血压患者组与正常组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α),胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)显著呈正相关。
