摘    要:目的 探讨镁在脑梗死发病机制中的作用。方法 对30例急性期脑梗死患者和25例正常对照采用火焰原子吸收法测定了血清镁、红细胞镁、血小板镁水平。结果 急性期脑梗死患者血清镁、红细胞镁、血小板镁水平均低于对照组(P〈0.01)。相关分析发现血清镁与红细胞镁、血小板镁水平呈直线正相关(r=0.752和r=0.604,P〈0.01),结论 急性脑梗死患者处于低镁状态,血小板镁降低可能是血小板功能异常,活化性

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of magnesium in pathogenesis of cerebral infarction. Methods Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the level of serum magnesium, erythrocytes magnesium and platelets magnesium were determined in 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and 25 cases of normal controls(NC). Results The levels of serum magnesium, erythrocytes magnesium and platelet magnesium in patients with ACI were all lower than that in NC(P<0.01). We found that the level of serum magnesium was positively correlative to the level of erythrocytes magnesium and it changed as the same as the level of platelets magnesium. Conclusion The results suggest that magnesium is decreased in patients with ACI. The enhancement of the degree of platelet activation is possibly related to the reduction of platelets magnesium. It indicats that the supplement of magnesium might be useful clinically to acute cerebral infarction.
