PHP-CFH-MMH钻井液体系的研究与应用

摘    要:对目前钻井现场广泛采用的聚合物和正电胶钻井液体系的优缺点的分析表明。单一的聚合物或正电胶钻井液体系在泥页岩抑制性、水平井携岩效果和油气层保护等方面不能满足某些复杂地层和高难度井的需要。在聚合物体系钻井液的基础上,加入一定量的正电胶和聚合醇形成了PHP—CFH—MMH钻井液体系。通过室内和现场试验,优选出了PHP—CFH—MMH钻井液体系的配方。现场应用表明,该体系性能稳定,在防止粘卡、泥页岩崩落和油气层保护等方面具有良好的作用。

Abstract:The excellence and shortcoming properties of Polymer and MMH drilling fluids system, which were general used in drilling, were analyzed. Well site application showed that single system of polymer or MMH couldn't meet the needs in some complicated formations and deep well, such as inhibition, cuttings carriage in horizontal well and oil formation protection. PHP-CFH-MMH is a new system that certain quantity of CFH and MMH were added in based on polymer drilling fluids. Laboratory and fields test indicated this drilling fluids system can prevent sticking pipe, mud shale collapse, oil formation damage, and has a steady properties.
