| 摘 要： | 介绍了螺杆元件金属粉末注射成型工艺特点,用Pro/MOLDESIGN模块设计螺杆元件金属粉末注射模,通过模具开模时的干涉分析,确定采用三分瓣滑块结构,滑块利用圆锥面和T型槽导滑。模具制造方便、分型可靠、复位精度高,注射成型的螺杆元件达到设计要求。

| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of metal powder injection molding for screw elements were stated.A design module based on Pro/MOLDESIGN was used to develop a metal powder injection mould for a screw element.An analysis on the interference in parting process was carried out and a three-section slide structure was determined.The guide of sliding was performed by conical surface and Tslot.The die has a reliable parting and high resetting accuracy. |
