AS患者血清SAA、hs-CRP水平检测及意义

目的探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）在动脉粥样硬化（AS）形成中的作用。方法选择32例代谢综合征（MS）合并冠心病（CHD）患者（MS＋CHD组）、22例单纯MS患者（MS组）,另选28例健康体检者作为对照组。采用B超测定三组颈动脉内膜—中膜厚度（IMT）,ELISA方法测定SAA水平,免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP水平。结果CHD＋MS组和MS组IMT及hs-CRP、SAA水平高于对照组;CHD＋MS组IMT及hs-CRP、SAA水平高于MS组。SAA与hs-CRP和IMT呈正相关;hs-CRP与IMT呈正相关。结论SAA、hs-CRP等炎性因子不仅是AS标志物,还有可能参与了AS形成。

Determination and significance of SAA and hs-CRP in patients with AS

Objective To explore the function of serum amyloid-A（SAA）in formation of atherosclerosis（AS）.Methods Thirty-two patients with both MS and CHD（CHD＋MS group）,22 patients with MS（MS group）simply were enrolled in this study,and 28 heathy subjects were choosed as the control group.SAA level in the three groups were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,while the hs-CRP level were measured by super-sensitivity immunoturbidimetry,and IMT were detected by B-mode ultrasonography.Results IMT,SAA and hs-CRP level in CHD＋MS group and MS group were higher than those in the control group.IMT,SAA and hs-CRP level in CHD＋MS group were higher than those in MS group.Level of SAA was positively correlated with hs-CRP and IMT.Level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with IMT.Conclusions SAA and hs-CRP are not only inflammatory maker of AS,but also participates the pathogenesis of AS possibly.
