| 摘 要： | “雪莲精神”是空军雷达学院在多年办学实践中逐步形成的、具有雷达兵特色的大学精神，其内涵是扎根高原、傲霜斗雪、顽强不屈、默默奉献．运用院校研究的方法，以“雪莲精神”的形成与传承为案例，揭示了学校精神从萌芽、提升到传承和发展的阶段性规律，提出了以内化、深化、泛化和感化为基本环节的文化传承机制．
