中文版17条目青光眼生活质量量表的信度与效度检验

目的将17条目青光眼生活质量量表(glaucoma quality of life 17,Glau-QoL17)翻译成中文,并对中文版Glau-QoL17的信度与效度进行检验,为国内评估青光眼患者生活质量提供特异性量表。方法采用翻译、回译、文化调适后形成的中文版Glau-QoL17量表,采用便利抽样法对本眼科中心青光眼门诊的200例患者进行问卷调查,检测量表的信度与效度。结果除了条目a17,其余条目-总分临界比值比(critical ratio,CR)为3.490~12.110,与量表总体的相关系数r为0.420~0.820,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。平均量表水平的内容效度指数(scale-level content validity index,S-CVI)为0.985,条目水平的内容效度指数(item-level content validity index,I-CVI)范围为0.880~1.000;验证性因子分析结果显示,比较拟合优度指数(comparative fit index,CFI)为0.935,Tucker-Lewis系数(TLI)为0.910,近似误差均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)为0.064,残差均方根(root of the mean square residual,RMR)为0.065,总量表和各维度之间的拟合较好。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.836,组内相关系数(interclass correlation coefficient,ICC)为0.892。结论除了条目a17需要进一步修订和验证以提高其鉴别力外,中文版Glau-QoL17具有良好的信度和效度,适用于测评国内青光眼患者的生活质量。

Reliability and validity of adapted Chinese version of glaucoma quality of life17

Objective To adapt the English version of glaucoma quality of life 17(GLAU-QOL 17)into a Chinese version and test its reliability and validity.Methods The English version of GLAU-QOL 17 was adapted to establish a Chinese version by translation,back-translation and cultural adjustment.Convenience sampling method was used for the survey among 200 outpatients for consultation at the Glaucoma Department of the Ophthalmology Center for the purpose of testing the reliability and validity of the adapted Chinese version.Results Except the entry of a17,the critical ratio of all other entries of the scale was 3.490~12.110,and its total correlation efficient r with the scale was 0.420~0.820,with significant difference(P<0.01).The scale-level content validity index was 0.985,and the item-level content validity index was 0.880~1.000.By validation factor analysis,the comparative fit index was 0.935,Tucker-Lewis efficient 0.910,the root mean square error of approximation 0.064 and the root of the mean square residual 0.065,indicating that the scale was well fitted with its dimensions.Its Cronbach'sαwas 0.863,and the interclass correlation coefficient 0.892.Conclusion The adapted Chinese version of GLAU-QOL 17 has higher reliability and validity except that the item of a17 needs revision and validation,suitable for application in the assessment of quality of life of Chinses glaucoma patients in China.
