摘    要:粗晶粒硬质合金具有结构缺陷少、硬度高、韧性好、红硬性高、适用范围广等特点。文章综述了粗晶粒WC-Co硬质合金分类、增韧机理及主要影响因素、粗晶粒WC粉、粗晶粒硬质合金的国内外研究进展、制备粗晶粒硬质合金的主要方法等。影响粗晶粒合金性能的主要因素有WC晶粒度、WC晶粒完整度、Co层厚度和碳含量。

Abstract:Coarse-grain carbide exhibits many advantages such as low defect,high hardness,good toughness,and high red hardness,and has a broad prospect of application.Classification of coarse-grained WC-Co cemented carbide,toughening mechanisms and main factors,coarse-grained WC powders,research status and main producing methods of coarse-grained cemented carbide were summarized in this paper.Grain size and integrity of WC,thickness of Co phase,carbon content are main factors which can affect the properties of coarse-...
