基于遗传算法的连杆机构运动-轨迹设计的研究

摘    要:建立了含运动时间特性要求的连杆机构轨迹设计的目标函数与约束条件,并得到其数学模型。使用遗传算法进行参数优化,为避免早熟和局部收敛,提出了进化早期适当放宽约束条件的策略。并又以挑线机构作为算例说明其具体操作,通过优化得到满足要求的机构参数,验证了这种方法的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:This article researches the design of the mechanism to realize special requirement of trajectory.It illustrates the mathmetical model of objective function and constraints of linkage mechanism with movement character requirements by the cases of take up mechanism and feeding mechanism used in the high speed industrial sewing machine.The application and implementation of genetic algorithm(GA)in this kind of problem is introduced.In order to prevent the GA from premature and local convergence,the policy of relaxing the constraints in the early stage was adopted.Finally an example of take up mechanism is given to describe the detailed operation,and the results are satisfied with the requirements.The practicability and advantage of this method is validated by it.
