| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内皮素－１与星形细胞之间相互关系及其在脑出血的作用。方法：采用内皮素－１抗体ＳＰ免疫组化技术脑出血患者尸检材料血肿周围脑组织反应性星形细胞内皮素－１表达水平进行检测。结果：发现脑出血组反应性星形细胞增生、肥大变性，存在内皮素－１的表达，而对照组星形细胞形态基本正常，偶见阳性。结论：内皮素－１及反应性星形细胞可能参与脑出血的病理机制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of endothelin 1 in astrocytes in the human brain with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The SP immunohistochemical method and a polyclonal antiserum were used. Autopsy material was obtained from 8 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 5 cases without brain diseases. Results:Endothelin 1 was expressed in numerous reactive astrocytes in the human brain surrounding the hematoma. But this occurred in only exceptional astrocytes of controls. Conclusion:The results suggest that endothelin 1 might play an essential role in the pathogenesis of edema formation and ischemia injury after cerebral hemorrhage. |
