临床护理路径在脊髓型颈椎病手术患者健康教育中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理路径在脊髓型颈椎病手术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将96例脊髓型颈椎病手术患者随机均分为常规护理组和护理路径组各48例,常规护理组采取传统健康教育措施,护理路径组依据临床护理路径进行健康教育,比较两组术前1 d、术后第3天汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分情况,比较两组患者住院时间、出院前1 d健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果:术前1 d、术后第3天两组患者HAMD、HAMA评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理路径组术前、术后及总住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);出院前1 d两组患者健康知识掌握情况和护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊髓型颈椎病手术患者健康教育中,应积极实行临床护理路径的管理模式,可促进患者的恢复,提高医疗资源的利用率。

Application of clinical nursing path in the health education to patients undergoing cervical spondylotic myelopathy surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in the health education to patients undergoing cervical spondylotic myelopathy surgery.Methods:96 patients who would receive cervical spondylotic myelopathy operation were randomly divided into a routine nursing group and a clinical nursing path group(48 cases in each group).The conventional health education was conducted in the routine nursing group and the patients in the clinical nursing path group received health education by following clinical nursing path.The HAMD and HAMA scores one day before operation and on the third day after operation,the hospitalization days,grasp of health knowledge one day before discharge and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The differences in the comparison of HAMD and HAMA scores one day before operation and on the third day after operation were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the hospitalization days were significantly shorter in the clinical nursing path group than the routine nursing group(P<0.05);the comparison of the grasp of health knowledge one day before discharge and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management model of clinical nursing path should be actively implemented in the health education to the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy surgery,which can promote the recovery of patients and improve the utilization of medical resources.
