摘    要:利用絮凝法对胜利油田作业过程中产生的废液进行处理,考察了两种絮凝剂A、B的使用浓度对悬浮物处理效果的影响。正交实验的结果表明:复配絮凝剂A+B能有效脱除作业废液中的悬浮物,絮凝剂A的浓度与污水体系的pH值是影响处理效果的主要因素,通过正交实验筛选出复合絮凝剂对悬浮物处理的最佳实验条件。

Abstract:Flocculants were applied to the treatment of well - operating wastewater in Shengli Oilfield. The effect of flocculants concentrations on suspended substance reduction was investigated. The pollutants contents in well - operating wastewater were effectively reduced with compound flocculants A and B. The results of orthogonal experiment showed the treatment concentration of flocculant A and pH value were the most important factors to reduce suspended substance. The optimum factors, the treatment concentrations of flocculants A and B, pH value and sedimentation time, were obtained.
