Flowcable全长锚固技术的试验研究

摘    要:利用Flowcable材料,在锚杆(索)支护系统中进行全长锚固技术试验研究,按照标准作业流程进行帮部锚网支护,滞后工作面迎头一定距离再实施注浆。钻孔后先注Flowcable浆液,再将锚索插入孔中。试验效果良好,能实现软岩巷道对锚杆(索)全长锚固的要求。

Abstract:By using Flowcable materials,the full length anchoring technology is tested and studied in the bolt (cable) support system.According to the standard operation flow,the bolting mesh support is carried out,and the grouting is carried out at a certain distance behind the head of the working face.After drilling,the Flowcable slurry is injected first,and then the anchor cable is inserted into the hole.The test effect is good and the requirement of full length anchorage of anchor rod (cable) in soft rock roadway can be realized.
