摘    要:针对在煤矿井下长钻孔施工过程中,对定向钻孔孔口段的施工不够重视,尤其对超深套管(≥100 m)的安设,往往因孔口段钻孔轨迹偏移或套管脱扣等原因导致套管下不到位,造成钻孔报废、工期延长或材料浪费的情况,通过分析孔口段常见事故原因,提出了优化后的一整套先导孔及扩孔钻具保直成孔技术,解决了孔口段成孔技术问题。根据阳泉矿区工程实践应用证明,优化后的工艺应用效果良好且经济实用。

Abstract:In the construction of long borehole in coal mine, the construction of the start of directional drilling is not paid enough attention. Especially for the installation of the ultra-deep casing (≥100 m), the casing is often not in place due to the hole trajectory deviation or casing tubes thread tripping, which results in the abandonment of borehole, extension of construction period or waste of materials. By analyzing the causes of common accidents in the initial section of directional drilling, a set of pilot hole and straight hole forming technology for drilling tools after optimization is put forward. The technical problem of drilling technology in the initial section is solved. According to the engineering practice and application in Yangquan Mining Area, the optimized process has a good effect and it is economical and practical.
