摘    要:故障监测一直是电网安全运行的有力保障,而传统电缆线路繁多、分布复杂、信道传输环境恶劣,变压器、电气柜等状态监测手段不足,始终存在泄漏电流,这些问题均导致故障定位准确性、实时性差,局部放电类型日趋复杂。针对中低压配电网中日益复杂的故障监测问题,文章基于智能配电终端(DSU)在配电网中的应用,提出了一种基于集成SoC芯片的故障监测系统,系统中以芯片集成了剩余电流检测、无线通信、GIS等技术,并加入IRIG-B码对时技术,依托终端的边缘计算能力及云平台对采集信息进行计算分析,判断是否引起故障及故障类型,进而实现对故障点实时定位、报警。芯片集成改善了目前故障检测的实时性及智能终端设备难以普及的经济性。

Abstract:Fault monitoring has always been the powerful guarantee for the safe operation of the power grids.However,the traditional cable lines are numerous,which distribution is complicated and the leakage current always presents.The channel transmission environment is poor,and state monitoring methods of transformers and electrical cabinets are insufficient.Aboved-mentioned problems lead to inaccuracy fault location,poor real-time performance,insufficient cable status warning,and increasingly complex partial discharge types.Aiming at the increasingly complex fault monitoring problems in mediumand low-voltage distribution networks,a fault monitoring system based on "Integrated SoC chip" based on the application of intelligent power distribution terminals in distribution network was proposed in this paper that.Residual current detection,wireless communication,GIS and other technologies were integrated of the system,and the IRIG-B code timing technology was introduced.Relying on the edge computing capabilities of the terminal and the cloud platform,the collected information to determine whether it causes faults and fault types were calculated and analyzed.And then real-time location and alarm the fault points were realized.Chip integration improves the real-time performance of current fault detection and the economics of the difficulty of popularizing intelligent terminal devices.
