刮板输送机张力波动监测及疲劳诊断

摘    要:为了监测和诊断刮板输送机链传动系统故障,提出了一种基于张力波动特征的疲劳诊断方法。首先分析了刮板输送机载荷变化引起的张力波动变化特性,在此基础上利用ADAMS构建了链传动系统张力波动动力学模型,并以此模型的仿真结果为载荷输入,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对链传动系统关键零部件的应力和变形分布情况进行监测,从而完成疲劳诊断。实验仿真结果表明,该方法能有效地对链传动系统张力进行实时监测,以及对链轮、链条等刮板组件的疲劳状态进行诊断。

Abstract:In order to monitor and diagnose the fault of the chain transmission system of scraper conveyor,a fatigue diagnosis method based on the characteristics of tension fluctuation was proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of the tension fluctuation change caused by the change of the load of scraper conveyor were analyzed. On this basis, ADAMS was used to construct the tension fluctuation dynamic model of the chain transmission system, and the simulation results of this model were used as the load input.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress and deformation distribution situation of the key components of the chain transmission system was monitored to complete the fatigue diagnosis. The experimental simulation results show that the method can effectively monitor the tension of the chain transmission system in real time and diagnose the fatigue status of the sprocket, chain and other scraper components.
