帘珠自动机导流片注射模设计

摘    要:设计了1副浮顶式侧抽芯注射模用于帘珠自动机导流片的自动化生产,浇注系统使用侧浇口+普通流道,采用复合式脱模机构实现其脱模,脱模机构由浮动型芯顶出机构及其上方的侧面顶出机构构成,推板先将浮动型芯与侧面顶出机构顶出,再通过液压缸活塞杆驱动侧面型芯从浮动型芯上按侧面方向顶出,最后依靠外部吹气系统从侧面型芯将塑件吹落,保证塑件的自动化注射成型生产。

Abstract:An injection mould with floating top side core-pulling mechanism was designed for the automatic production of guide vane of curtain bead automaton.The side gate and cold runner were used in the gating system,and a compound demoulding mechanism was adopted,which was consisted of floating core ejection mechanism and side ejection mechanism.The working principle of the mechanism was that the ejector base plate of the mould ejected the floating core and the side ejection mechanism firstly,and then driven the side core from the floating core by using the oil cylinder,finally the plastic part was blown off from the side core by applying the external air blowing system.
