掘进工作面干式除尘系统的优化研究及应用

摘    要:为了实现安全高效绿色生产,在余吾煤矿应用了干式除尘系统,并且对该系统进行了优化研究。分别在掘进机司机处、转载机机尾处以及风机出口处布置3个测点测量粉尘浓度;探究了除尘器抽出式风筒与巷道压入式风筒组合方式以及抽出式与压入式风量比对除尘效果的影响。实验结果表明,当抽出和压入风筒分别距离迎头5 m和15 m,抽出风量与压入风量的比例为1.1时,各测点粉尘浓度最小,总体全尘和呼尘除尘效率分别达到97.8%和93.4%,除尘效果显著。

Abstract:In order to achieve safe, efficient and green production, the dry-type dust removal system was applied and optimized in Yuwu coal mine. Three measuring points were arranged at the driver of the roadheader, the tail of the reversed loader and the outlet of the fan to measure the dust concentration. The effects of different combinations of extraction air duct and forced air duct and different ratios of the extraction air volume to the inlet air volume on the dust removal effect were explored. The experimental results show that when the distance between the inlet of the extraction air duct and the heading face is 5 m, the distance between the outlet of the forced air duct and the heading face is 15 m and the ratio of the extraction air volume to the inlet air volume is 1.1, the dust concentration at each measuring point is the smallest. The total dust removal efficiency is 97.8%, and the respirable dust removal efficiency is 93.4%. The dust removal effect is significant.
