土壤尿素酶抑制剂正丁基硫代磷酰三胺生物特性的分析

摘    要:正丁基硫代磷酰三胺作为土壤尿素酶抑制剂,是一种优良的土壤尿素酶抑制剂。本文报道的研究工作是关于大连轻工业学院合成的土壤尿素酶抑制剂正丁基硫代磷酰三胺的最佳研究浓度、有效期及酶促反应动力学。参考了中华人民共和国国家标准大豆制品中尿素酶活性测定方法,进行了正丁基硫代磷酰三胺活性的测定。正丁基硫代磷酰三胺浓度为0.5mmol/L时,即与尿素浓度比为1/1000时,是其最佳研究浓度,抑制活性为86.93%,明显高于同类型的其他抑制剂肥隆和耐葛啶的活性。正丁基硫代磷酰三胺的有效期为68d,为竞争性抑制剂。土壤尿素酶抑制剂正丁基硫代磷酰三胺将在中国现代农业生产中具有广阔的应用前景。

Analysis of biological characteristics of soil urease inhibitor N - ( n - butyl) tiophosphoric triamide
Abstract:The paper reports the research concerned with the activity of the inhibitor, the duration of validity, and the kinetics of enzyme-catalyzed reactions of the soil urease inhibitor N - ( n - butyl) tiophosphoric triamide (nBPT) prepared by Dalian Institute of Light Industry .The method applied is in accordance with that of the PRC National Standard for the determination of urease activity in soya bean products. The result shows that the activity of nBPT as a competitive inhibitor is higher than that of Hydroquinone and Agrotain, and the duration of validity is 68 days. The soil urease inhibitor nBPT is prospective in modern agriculture production in china.
