| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰腺微腺腺癌的临床诊断与外科处理要点,提高胰腺微腺腺癌的诊疗水平.方法 收集本院15年间1506例胰腺手术中2例及国外30年间文献报道15例胰腺微腺腺癌的诊治资料,进行临床分析.结果 胰腺微腺腺癌发生率极低,所有患者术前均未明确诊断,其中1例误诊为良性肿瘤.结论 胰腺微腺腺癌是一种罕见的肿瘤,其诊断及鉴别诊断主要依靠病理组织学和免疫组织化学.治疗以手术切除为主,术后辅助化疗,可获较满意的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To get a better understanding of microadenocarcinoma of the pancreasso as to improve diagnosis and treatment of the condition. Methods 17 cases ofmicroadenocarcinoma of the pancreas were retrospectively reviewed. ResultsMicroadenocarcinoma of the pancreas is a rare malignant carcinoma of pancreas.All the caseswere misdiagnosis. Conclusion microadenocarcinoma of the pancreas cases were often misdiagnosedfor clinical rarity.Radical or palliative resection of the tumor is effective for the treatment ofmicroadenocarcinoma of the pancreas. |
