海南雪茄烟叶外观质量与化学成分的关系研究

摘    要:为研究雪茄烟叶外观质量与化学成分之间的关系,对海南种植的巴西3号、古引4号、H211、D系和H382等5个不同品种(系)雪茄烟叶进行外观质量和数字化评价,利用统计学方法分析其与雪茄烟叶化学成分的关系。试验结果表明,不同品种雪茄烟叶中总植物碱含量、钾含量和碱糖比在化学成分差异中起主导作用;化学成分中总植物碱含量、钾含量、碱糖比、碱钾比与外观质量指标的身份、油分和成熟度的相关性达到极显著水平;叶片结构与钾含量和碱糖比的相关性达到显著水平。回归分析结果表明,雪茄烟叶品种和外观质量指标的身份、油分可以较好地反映烟叶中总植物碱含量、碱钾比、氯离子含量的变化。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the appearance characters and chemical composition of cigar leaves, different varieties of cigar leaves in Hainan was graded according to appearance characters, tested the content of chemical composition of cigar leaves, then carry out statistical analysis on appearance characters and chemical composition of cigar leaves. The results showed that the content of total alkaloids potassium and alkaloid/sugar ratio played a leading role in different grads of cigar leaves; The correlations between total alkaloid content, potassium content, alkali sugar ratio, alkali potassium ratio and body oil and maturity in appearance characters are significantly at the 0.01 level; The correlations between leaf structure and potassium content and alkali sugar ratio are significantly at 0.05 level. The results of regression analysis showed that varieties body oil could reflect the changes of total alkaloid content, alkali potassium ratio and chloride ion content in tobacco leaves.
