摘    要:区间电力流未来面临可再生能源比例升高,储能和需求响应技术发展、远距离输电经济性下降等机遇和挑战。首先介绍了区间电力流的发展与现状;然后考虑负荷和可再生能源出力的时序曲线、区域电网的电力平衡和现有互联通道,建立了以区间输电通道新增容量最小为目标函数的优化模型。最后,利用6个区域电网的预测数据进行了求解,结果表明应用需求响应和储能技术能有效削减区间输电通道新增容量需求,避免输电通道的过度建设,同时可以促进可再生能源消纳,在较高比例可再生能源场景下实现资源的优化配置。

Abstract:Interregional electricity flow is now confronted with new opportunities and challenges, such as the increasing penetration of renewables, the development of energy storage and demand response, and declined cost of long-distance transmission lines. The development and present situation of interregional power flow are introduced. Then, considering the time series curves of load and renewable energy output, the power balance of regional power grid and existing interconnection channels, an optimization model with the minimum incremental capacity of interregional transmission channel as objective function is established.Finally,the prediction data of six regional power networks are used to solve the problem.The results show that energy storage and demand response can considerably ease the tension for interregional transmission and avoid overbuilding. Meanwhile,it can promote the consumption of renewable energy and realize the optimal allocation of resources in the scenario with a high proportion of renewable energy.
