华东多直流馈入系统换相失败仿真研究

摘    要:基于2013年华东电网夏季高峰方式,经动态等值在电磁暂态程序上建立交直流输电系统研究模型,采用了与工程控制保护一致的详细模型,建立了多直流馈入输电系统模型,首次实现了南瑞、许继以及ABB公司多种技术路线直流控制保护详细模型的有效结合;针对葛南、林枫、宜华、复奉、锦苏、龙政6回直流落点华东交流系统发生单相和三相故障时,直流系统发生换相失败的情况及交直流系统动态性能进行了研究;给出了换相失败持续时间和直流恢复时间的统计结果;分析了逆变站与交流系统交换无功功率在故障及其恢复期间的变化情况。研究结果表明即使华东地区6回直流同时发生换相失败,交直流系统均可以正常恢复。最后通过仿真计算给出了华东地区发生单相和三相故障可能导致华东6回直流同时换相失败的区域。

Simulation Research on Multi-Infeed HVDC Commutation Failure in East China Power Grid

Abstract:On the basis of the summer maximum operational mode of East China Power Grid in 2013, the research model of AC/DC transmission system was built in electromagnetic transient program through dynamic equivalence, and the model of multi-infeed HVDC transmission system was constructed with using the concrete of the control and protection model of practical project. For the first time, a variety of techniques of Nanrui, Xuji and ABB for the concrete model of DC control and protection were effectively combined. According to the 1-phase or 3-phases faults occurred in the East China AC Power Grid, where six circuits were placed, including the Ge-Nan, Lin-Feng, Yi-Hua, Fu-Feng, Jin-Su and Long-Zheng DC systems, the commutation failures of DC systems and the dynamic performance of AC/DC system were studied, the statistical results of the duration of commutation failure and the DC recovery time were presented, and the exchange of reactive power between inverter station and AC system was studied during the failure and recovery period. The results show that even if HVDC commutation failures occurred in six circuits at the same time, the AC/DC system in the East China Power Grid can return to normal. Finally, the area where the 1-phase or 3-phases faults of the AC system possibly trigger the simultaneous commutation failures of DC systems to six circuits in East China Power Grid was given.
