中成药中汞的原子荧光光谱法测定

摘    要:方法采用硝酸-过氧化氢消解试样,以硝酸为测定介质,硼氢化钾为还原剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中成药中的汞含量.结果表明:汞含量在0~10.00ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);方法检出限为0.056 ng/L;相对标准偏差小于4.61%;回收率为96.6%~103.8%.

Abstract:Using nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion samples,nitrate as a determination medium,potassium borohydride as reducing agent,with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the contect of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine.The results showed that mercury concentrations in the range of 0~10.00 ng/mL had good linear relationship(r=0.9999),the detection limit was 0.056 ng/L,the relative standard deviation was less than 4.61% and recovery was 96.6%~103.8%.
