格林模式在社区高血压患者健康教育中的应用

目的 研究格林模式在社区高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 应用格林模式对某社区120位高血压患者进行健康教育.结果 实施健康教育后与教育前相比,教育对象高血压知识达标率提高34.2%,对进行高血压健康教育的支持率提高39.2%,卫生活动参与率提高30.0%,高血压控制稳定率提高40.0%,生活质量综合评分值从(55.77±2.62)提高到(64.62±0.49).结论 格林模式对社区高血压患者健康教育有良好的效果.

Application of Precede-Proceed mode in health education of hypertension patients in community

Objective To explore the application effect of Precede-Proceed mode in health education of hypertension patients in community. Methods Precede-Proceed mode was used in health education of 120 patients with elevated blood pressure in community. Results Compared to those before the health education, the success rate of the educated objects' knowledge of hypertension was increased by 34. 2%, the support rate of carrying on the health education of hypertension by 39.2%, the participation rate of health activity by 30.0%, the stability rate of the hypertension control by 40.0%, and the integrated score of life quality increased from (55.77± 2.62) to (64.62 ± 0.49). Conclusions Precede-Proceed mode has good effect in health education of hypertension patients in community.
