| 摘 要： | 依据可持续发展理论，对缺水地区煤炭资源开发与水资源利用问题建立了动态模型。将新发现的资源储量引入到基本模型中，使研究问题更现实。利用极大值原理，推导出最佳生产速度和影子价格，并对煤、电、水三种资源之间的关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper sets up the dynamic model on the exploitation of coal rdsource and utilization of water resource for the thirsty area. Introducing the newly discovered resource reserves into this basic model makes it more realistic to study the problems. The maximization optimization principle is used to deduce the optimal depletion rate and shadow price; and the relations among three resources such as coal, electricity and water are discussed. |
