摘    要:目的:了解乌鲁木齐市中老年人营养知识、态度、行为现状。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法,对乌鲁木齐市某社区489名45-70岁的中老年常住居民进行问卷调查。结果:中老年人营养知识、态度、行为方面存在一定问题。营养知识方面,75.2%的中老年人有一定的营养知识,且维汉民族间的某些营养知识差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);营养态度普遍较好,94.4%的中老年人认为饮食与健康有关,愿意接受营养宣教;饮食行为方面,调查人群的饮食结构不太合理。84.7%的人群每天吃早餐,也有81.6%的人群喜爱油炸食物。维吾尔族中老年人食用油炸类食物、坚果类、甜食、肉类的频率高于汉族,而食用蔬菜水果的频率低于汉族,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:社区中老年人尚需掌握营养健康基本知识,端正营养态度,改善饮食行为,为此社区营养宣教工作需进一步改进和加强。

Investigation on Nutrition Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Middle and Old-aged People in Communities of Urumqi City

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate and analyze nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of middle and old-aged people of in communities of Urumqi. [Method] A self-design questionnaire survey was conducted among 489 middle and old-aged people between 45 and 70 from communities in Urumqi through random cluster sampling. [Result] The nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior of middle and old-aged people had certain problems. The level of nutritional knowledge of 75.2% of middle and old-aged people students was superior , and there was significant difference between Uygur and Han ( P 〈 0. 05) . Totally 94.4% of middle and old-aged people had active attitude who recognized the importance of diet on health and was willing to study more nutritional knowledge, 84. 7% of them liked to eat breakfast daily, and 81.6% of them liked to eat fried foods. The frequence of Uygur chose fried foods, nuts , dessert, meat was higher than Han, and the frequence of fruits and vegetables was lower than Han, the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) . [Conclusion] The middle and old-aged people of the communities need to learn basic knowledge about nutrition health, correct nutrition attitude, and change dietary behavier. Therefore, the publicity and education of nutrition knowledge should be futher improved and strengthened.
