| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN) 的相关临床危险因素.[方法]对180例2型糖尿病患者进行四肢神经传导速度检测,并将其分为DPN组和非DPN组.同时测定患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯等指标,对病程、血生化等各指标进行单因素分析,然后进行多因素Logistic回归分析.[结果]在单因素分析中,DPN组...

| Abstract: | [ObjectivelTo discuss the correlation between the clinical risk factors and Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. [Methods]Standard sensory and motor nerve conduction studies were performed in 180 patients with type-2 diabetes. They were divided into DPN and non-DPN group according to the results. Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride of the patients were determined ; T-test, Chisquare test and Logistic Regression were used for statistical analysis, [Results]There were significant difference in fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the course of the disease between DPN and nonDPN groups（ P 〈0.05）. Significant positive correlation of glycosylated hemoglobin as well as the course with DPN was found（ P 〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]The course of the disease and glycosylated hemoglobin were the high-risk factors of DPN in patients with type-2 diabetes. |
