| 摘 要： | 从城市污水处理厂好氧池活性污泥中分离获得一株高效聚磷菌AP7,经形态特征和生理生化初步鉴定该株为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)。实验表明,菌株AP7具有典型的厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷的特征,除磷率为70.1%。

| Abstract: | Stain AP7 with high capability of accumulating poly-phosphorate was isolated from aerobic actived sludge of a municipal seawege plant.According to the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical,the bacteria was identified preliminarily as Pseudomonas putida.Experiments showed that strain AP7 had the capacity of aerobic phosphorus uptaking and anaerobic phosphorus releasing,the rate of phosphorus removel was 70.1%. |
