| Abstract: | As for the feedback matrix F and the observer matrix L of the combined system with an observer, with their residual degrees of freedom after pole assignment, the combined system matrix is directly proposed as a performance index and the gradient method is used to increase the stability bound. The numerical examples show the result is ideal. |
