水轮机蜗壳测流计算公式的探讨

摘    要:本文较深入地分析了水轮机蜗壳水流的运动规律,压差的形成及计算,蜗壳差压测流现用公式的适用条件及精度范围。在此基础上,作者根据现场实践经验和对大量现场实测资料的分析统计,提出了精度更高的蜗壳差压测流计算新公式:Q=K·ΔH~2,并对8台机组的系数K值和指数x值进行了计算,得出了规律性的有价值的结果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes in detail the principle of turbine scrolling flow ,the formation and calculation of differential pressure and the applied condition and accuracy of the present formulae for differential pressure flow measurement of turbine scroll case. Analyzing a great amount of original data and practical experiences, the authors present a new formula with higher accuracy for differential pressure flow measurement of turbine scroll case and draw out some valuable results.
