| 摘 要： | 分析现有系统技术改造的原因和浮选柱工作原理,探索浮选柱代替浮选机在低品位白钨精选中的应用。经过试验室试验、半工业化试验两个阶段的技术论证,对现有白钨精选系统进行浮选柱改造,取得了预期效果。生产实践证明,经过改造前后精选系统主要动力消耗的计算、精选改造前后生产技术指标的比较,浮选柱在白钨精选中的应用能提高白钨精选段回收率和钨精矿品位,降低能源消耗,提高生产自动化水平,获得良好的经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Flotation machine is replaced by flotation column applied for low grade scheelite fine processing upon analyzing the technological transformation reasons and working principles of flotation column. Technology demonstrations of lab experiments and semi-industrial tests reveal that flotation column modified fine processing system achieves expected results. The application of flotation column to scheelite fine processing improves recovery rate, reduces energy consumption and increases production automation efficiency by comparing the energy consumption and production indexes before and after technology transformation. |
