不同配伍异丙酚用于人工流产

目的:比较不同配伍异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产术的麻醉效果,以寻求一种较佳的麻醉配伍。方法:200例病人分成五组:P组:以异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg缓慢静注(>60″);PF组:先静注芬太尼1μg/kg,继以异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg注射;PM组:先注射咪唑安定0.1mg/kg,继以异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg注射;PK组:以异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg注射,继以氯胺 酮0.3～0.4mg/kg静脉推注(稀释为0.1％浓度);PT组:先予静脉注射曲马多50mg,再予异丙酚2～2.5mg/kg注射。结果:五组病人麻醉效果优良率达100％,观察结果提示以上各组手术过程中呼吸、循环有不同程度的抑制,以PF组表现更为明显,且副作用发生率较高。PT组对呼吸循环抑制作用轻微,手术过程经过平稳,术后并发证少,没有子宫收缩痛,镇静及镇痛效果确切,安全、有效,在麻醉满意度、副作用发生率等方面均较其它组为佳。结论:人工流产时,应用异丙酚+曲马多是一种较佳的麻醉配伍。

The usage of propofol combined with different drugs in artificial abortion

Objective The anesthetic effects of propofol combined with different drugs were compared in order to find out a better anesthetic method. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into 5 groups. In group P, propofol 2-2. 5 mgl kg was slowly administered intravenously. In group PF and PM,fentanyl 1μg/kg and midazolam 0.1mg/kg were infused respectively before propofol was administered. In group PK ,0.1% ketamine 0.3-0.4 mg/kg was injected intravenously after propofol was administered. In group PT, tramadol 50mg was administered intravenously followed by propofol. The dosages of propofol were 2-2. 5mg/kg in all of the five groups. Results The excellent rate of anesthetic effects of the five groups were 100% . Respiration and circulation depression were different in each group. It was obvious in group PF. While in group PT, it was mild, the surgery proceeded smoothly, there was no uterotonic pain . It was better than that in other groups in the satisfaction with anesthesia and side effects morbidity. Conclusion Propofol combined with tramadol was a better compatibility in artificial abortion.
