| 摘 要： | 正股骨转子间骨折多见于老年人,常合并骨质疏松及其他疾病,治疗较棘手,约占全部髋部骨折的45%,其中不稳定者占35%~40%1]。随着人口老龄化,其发生率逐年增加。由于非手术治疗存在卧床时间长、并发症多等缺点,目前多主张早期手术治疗。手术方法可分为骨折复位内固定和人
