曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病效果观察

目的 探讨并分析曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 选取航天中心医院2014年2月至2015年5月接收的老年冠心病患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者50例，对照组仅采用阿托伐他汀进行治疗，观察组采用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀联合进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后治疗有效率、心血管事件发生率、血脂变化情况等。结果 观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组，观察组的心血管事件发生率、血脂水平改善情况较对照组更优，两组各个指标差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联用治疗冠心病能够显著改善患者体征，降低血脂和心血管事件发生率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy with acute liver failure in clinical research

Objective To investigate and analyze the trimetazidine joint atorvastatin clinical effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods From February 2014 to May 2015, received 100 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases of patients, and the control group only treated with atorvastatin, observation group with trimetazidine treatment with atorvastatin, observation group on the basis of routine therapy, combined with trimetazidine and atorvastatin, observe two groups of patients after efficient treatment, cardioascular eents, such as changes in blood lipids. Results Observation group treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, the observation group the incidence of cardiovascular events, lipid levels to improve the situation better than the control group, two groups of each index was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin with trimetazidine adjunctive therapy in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) can significantly improve symptoms, reduce blood fat and cardioascular eents, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
